Boardwalk was asked to develop a corporate identity system for Tony Hawk, Inc., the licensing and merchandising arm of a world-famous skateboarding champion. The brand had to reflect the company’s position as a reliable business partner for blue chip sponsors and licensees while, at the same time, remain relatable to Tony's fans by maintaining his authenticity – his "street cred". We also established basic rules for the use of the identity and distributed artwork and guidelines to all licensees.
